"Poco fuori le mura di Viterbo, più facile parcheggiare"

Le camere e il resto delle parti comuni sono dotate di tutto il necessario. Siamo stati in autunno. Molto essenziale, vicino al centro, circa 15 minuti a piedi. Roberto, è gentilissimo e attento ai suoi ospiti.

Ho dormito solo una una notte e l accoglienza i consigli dell host sempre presente per qualsiasi evenienza sono stati ottimi. Ma soprattutto la pulizia della casa e l arredamento nuovo fanno si che il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente eccezionale. Complimenti Roberto.

L ingresso è condiviso dal proprietario ma per noi non è stato un problema.

La casa ristrutturata è fornita di tutto, anche di lavatrice e asciugatrice. È geniale l'etichettatura dei mobili con descritto il contenuto. Camera molto spaziosa con grandi finestre. Tutto molto pulito. La colazione al bar molto apprezzata. Consigliato.

Purtroppo il materasso era un pochino troppo scomodo

תמורה נהדרת למחיר, הדירה מאובזרת עד הפרטים הקטנים כולל כל מוצרי המטבח ומכונת כביסה, היה נקי ונוח.

במקרה היינו בדירה לבד אבל יכולים להיות שותפים וזה לא היה ברור בכלל כשעשינו את ההזמנה..

Mieszkanie z dwoma oddzielnie wynajmowanymi sypialniami (każda ze swoją łazienką) i częścią wspólną (kuchnia, tv, kanapa, taras). Czysto. Plus za wyposażenie kuchni (sprzęt, kawa, herbata, oliwa, cukier itp), choć nie korzystaliśmy z niego ze względu na krótki pobyt. Plus za środki czystości w łazience (mydło, szampon, ręczniki). Świetnie, że jest garaż, chociaż jest bardzo mały. Śniadanie to kawa i croissant w restauracji oddalonej ok. 150m. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie, winda w bloku.

Odleglość od centrum to ok. 1,5 -2 km. My byliśmy samochodem, więc to nie był duży problem, ale jeśli ktoś bez auta i na krótko, to już pewne utrudnienie.
