Lokacija je vrhunska, samo se spusti do mora, ne mora se ulaziti u gužve i ima dosta parkinga. U stanu je hlad, ima klima koja radi super. Kuhinja nije velika ali je full opremljena sa svime što bi moglo trebat. Terasa je također super dodatak Svakako bi se vratili ako nam se ukaže prilika

S obzirom da smo boravili prije sezone, stan je vjerojatno bio očišćen po završetku prošle sezone pa su podovi bili prašnjavi, tuš kabina prljava i puna kukaca i terasa je bila prljava, ali nije utjecalo na naš boravak. Ostatak je bio čist, posteljine, jastuci i ručnici čisti i svježi. Vrata su sobna, nisu ulazna pa se sve čulo i nemate baš osjećaj privatnosti.

Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten. Die Lage traumhaft da direkt am Meer. Die Sauberkeit war leider nicht die beste (Verbesserungspotential), jedoch hat man unsere Kritik ernst genommen. Kommen trotzdem gerne wieder.

Jednoznačne poloha . Asi 10 metrov reštaurácia naša obľúbená v Crkvenici asi 200 metrov bar .Dole pod villov pláž ideálna aj pre deti 💓

Výborná lokalita, menšia pláž priamo pred apartmánom, hlavná piesková pláž pár minút chôdze, aj s výbornými reštauráciami. Parkovanie priamo pri apartmáne, hoci bez tieňa.

Budući da smo bili tijekom zime, bilo nam je prilično hladno u apartmanu. Klima uređaj ne može zagrijati cijeli objekt, a radijator u kupaonici je premalen da bi zagrijao cijeli prostor kupaonice.
