Property was perfect for our stay. Karen went above and beyond for us. Provided with breakfast items and little extras like toothpaste etc which we forgot! She is a warm host and allowed us a very early check in! Very accomodating and easy to contact. Fully recommend

"Very clean and well equipped accomodation reasonably close to Holmfirth . Ideal as a sleep pad."

Cleanliness. Instructions on how to enter and park. Atention to detail with almost everything thought of. Excellent meal at "The Fleece" 3 miles up the hill.

Narrow entrance - difficult with suitcase, travel bag would be easier. Key safe is in a dark and narrow corridor - the motion sensors do not cover key safe but are triggered by previous corridor and so the lights do not stay on long enough. Breakfast Ok but minimal jam and spread in large tub already half used. Only one comfortable chair
