GBSuper helpful at check-in, especially as it was late and dark. Room was comfortable and clean. Heater was on (which was welcome as it was getting chilly outside). Tea/coffee making facilities were a bonus. Bedding and towels were of a very good quality. Check-out was also super easy!
It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel (which is set a little way back from the road) - down a narrow track which was partially blocked by a van (I arrived in the dark). Some sort of illuminated/lit sign would have helped! Water pressure in shower was not very high and bathroom decor is a bit dated (in contrast with the room itself). Mobile phone signal was poor (not the fault of the hotel - just in a dead spot) so enabling wifi calling was essential. Limited TV channels but with free wifi, I just watched TV on my laptop.
GBPerfect for our working away, friendly staff,, good rates, rooms and out side is always clean and tidy. Always get a good nights sleep when we stay.
