Beautiful views and comfortable house - quiet and off the beaten path!

The air conditioning is not working properly in the back 2 bedrooms it was extremely hot

The house truly was a gem! Large, comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful yard, and the view out of our living room windows was amazing! Our stay in Sedona was greatly enhanced because of our choice of this house!

Very nicely decorated with natural tones and colors. The perfect surfaces were used for a vacation rental, hard wood floors, leather furniture and a large modern wood dining table. A lot of thought was put into accommodating the desires of a vacationing family or group from the front door to the beautiful welcoming back yard that was our favorite gathering spot at the start and end of the day! There were 6 in our group of family and we were most pleased with this Uptown GEM.

Ok so nothing is perfect and while I provide feedback please keep in mind. We visit Sedona 2-3 times per year for a quick reset and it this property is available this is where we will be! We found several spiders one in the bed minutes after the cleaning lady left (she was still cleaning when we arrived) Because of the size of the live spider and the fact that it was between the sheets we were not sure the bedding had been cleaned. We washed them again just in case. We found spiders in all bedrooms. The 2nd recommendation would be to add TV’s in all bedrooms. There was a TV in the primary bedroom and the living room. The other 3 bedrooms did not have a TV. With young adults gaming is a part of their entertainment so we found ourselves watching them play with no option to go to the bedroom and watch TV.

We had an amazing stay! This house was perfect for our reunion of college friends. The location was amazing--stunning scenery with views of the red rocks all around the house and walking distance to Uptown Sedona with lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside in the lovely backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities provided. Bonus--the kitchen had a faucet dedicated for filtered water! We highly recommend this house and hope to have the chance to stay again!
