Nothing

Wrong room. Unsavory people hanging around. Police all over the halfway house across the property. Very unsafe conditions for me and my granddaughter. I demanded a refund and I had better receive it!!!! We left and could not find a room till we came back to our state of Pennsylvania. Plus, .they had no more rooms that I had booked!! Felt very scared there

"Clean, rooms have been refurbished (I stayed here around 20 years ago). Easy walk from the parking lot to the 2nd floor."

Quiet location. Ample parking. No rugs in the rooms. Beds were comfortable.

You can hear everyone’s doors slamming shut in the morning. The cleaning staff start talking very loudly at 8am and there are no “DND” cards for the doors. No elevator.

"I probably will pay a little more for a better hotel next time."

Good location.

The towels had hair on them. I requested more, and there was still hair on the new ones. The towels are not the best choice as hair gets lodged in them easily. That grossed me out.
