It was a very enjoyable, comfortable hotel with a lot of nice room amenities. Despite being "contactless," the manager, Erika, was very helpful and responsive, including setting up taxi service the night before to the train station for both mornings we stayed. The first day she was at the hotel when we arrived. The second day, we sent a request by email (email address provided at the check-in area) and she was very responsive. The hotel also provided helpful notes and a map in English showing nearby restaurants and convenience stores.

The instructions for the bath could have been a little clearer. I'm not sure if we read them wrong, but despite trying to set the hot water temperature at the maximum allowed (45 degrees C), we could only get the bath water to slightly more than lukewarm.

Bed and pillow were so comfy, room was large and felt luxurious, the foyer drinks were pretty neat as well.

Upstairs room was noisy as wood floors so ear plugs essential. I struggled with main entry door keypad access until I realised with the light I couldn't read the numbers on the panel.

I loved everything about this hotel. I couldn't fault a single thing

The sauna, cold plunge bath and jacuzzi were amazing!! They even gave use free face masks! Essence oils were provided for use with the saunas. The kitchen was well equipped too. Beds were super comfy and ample space. Definitely good for 4-6 people. 8 might be too squeezy.

There was no washing machine or dryers available:(

There is no sauna for the standard rooms. This was not clear from the booking site.
