Kaoglen Warren - Pet friendly - Hot Tub - Cairngorms

Was very safe and secure environment. Lovely and clean on arrival, a folder giving WiFi password due to lack of signal.

It says online that there was a restaurant on site, which there was but sadly wasn’t open when staying which I wasn’t aware of. I didn’t plan on cooking main meals when staying.

everything the staff the cinema tv very spacious everything we needed was available we also loved the quietness of the place so relaxing our dog ollie had the best time aswell also the food from the restaurant out standing we have booked again definitely going to be one of our regular places to go thankyou

there was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the stay

Super location for my work stay, close to all the sites I needed to visit. Room was huge with ample space to move around in and chill in the evening. Hot tub was pleasant when the weather played ball! Excellent microwave oven Good restaurant next door with plenty of choice on the menu

I'm really struggling to think of any negatives at all - I found a bottle opener in the end!

It was super spacious, very clean and the hot tub was amazing and clean. Will return again. Very quiet area for a nice getaway!

The bed wasn’t too comfortable as you can feel the springs but otherwise everything was amazing.

The location and scenery were breath taking, and such a good place to go if you have a puppy.

When we arrived we had no running water, there was a phone number located within the guest book and at reception to call for emergency. We called this number approx 7/8 times with no response back till the following day at 2pm, eventually when we heard back we were informed the water came from a well. We booked the dog friendly lodge, however the enclosed garden was full of other people's dogs mess, garden could have been doing with grass being cut also,I had to clean the dog mess up before I could let my puppy go out into it. Various stains on carpet throughout the lodge, vinyl in kitchen started to bubble. Batteries in remote were not working, there was no washing up liquid to wash dishes etc. Tip for others going bring your own tea and coffee they don't have or supply this.

It was a big space and we loved the hot tub

The bed was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs Cobs webs everywhere Was expecting a nicer view from the hot tub Projector was very slow and not working well Was unaware that you have to make reservations at the restaurant. We were told it was fully booked when we went at 7pm however there were many free tables and it was closing in 1 hour. Luckily we brought food with us otherwise this would have been a problem
