Loft 8 - Cozy Stylish Stay with parking

The apartment was clean, cozy, stylish, and in an amazing location. The area had a really nice atmosphere — chill overall, with a cool bar right in front of the building and a really good Italian restaurant directly across the street. The coffee capsules provided for the Nespresso machine were honestly amazing and a very nice touch. Once connected, the WiFi worked well, and overall the place had a comfortable vibe that made the stay enjoyable.

There were several maintenance issues that should really be fixed. Out of the three chairs in the apartment, one was completely broken, and the other two looked unstable enough that we avoided sitting on them. The bathroom door knob was falling apart, and the side stair handles felt shaky as well. Most of these seem like simple fixes that could probably be solved with a screwdriver and a few screws, but they make the apartment feel less maintained than it could be. The hairdryer didn’t work at all, and the iron was also unusable, so we had to recycle clothes during the trip to keep looking presentable. The WiFi password was not available in the apartment, so we had to message the host to get it , cant remember if it was provided in the emails we recieved.

Niestety w apartamencie było bardzo brudno, na ręcznikach i podłodze mnóstwo włosów i kurzu, na blacie w kuchni schowane za ekspresem do kawy były snusy, brak czajnika, suszarka do włosów i płyta w kuchni nie działała, okropny nie do wytrzymania zapach w łazience, woda w zlewie jak i pod prysznicem stała i bardzo powoli schodziła w dół (ewidentnie problem z kanalizacją) apartament dla 5-osób jednak pościel tylko dla 4, to samo ręczniki (były 4 duże + 1 mały do rąk)

Location and price

Dirty floors, especially under the beds, damaged walls, all parts inside are like used for many many years

I liked the location and that is a big loft with two bedrooms. Also the fact that offers a parking spot. The direction was very clear and the apt is safe.

the bed wasn't so comfortable neither the pillows. Not the most clean room i have ever been. Also the parking was 600m away not 200 the owner told as when we came.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , wszędzie blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Mieszkanie na parterze. Najważniejsze to dostęp do prywatnego parkingu

Niektóre braki w wyposażeniu (uszkodzona wtyczka żelazka, źle działająca suszarka do włosów, brak czajnika elektrycznego do gotowania wody).

Головне, що мені сподобалось - розташування, постійна тепла вода, зручні ліжка.

Не було паролю від Wi-Fi тому потрібно було додатково очікувати повідомлення від власника. Також власнику житла було написано, що фен не працює, але він, на жаль, проігнорував це повідомлення.

upitna je bila čistoća,puno prašine ,kreveti,posteljina nije bila čista i grijanje ,bilo je hladno u apartmanu bez mogućnosti regulacije grijanja,bilo nam je hladno.
