A beautiful seafront 3BR home in Tower Road Sliema by 360 Estates

The view was spectacular and the location was perfect for us. Whether you wanted to walk to the next bay or go shopping or get the local bus to anywhere. I had everything. And not to mention the size of the apartment! Would definitely stay there again next time

The keys in the lockbox did not open the fromt doir easily nor did the replacement key. Luckily we met a permanent tenant who said the door lock was hopeless and gave us the code to access by pinpad. The doors to the balcony are almost impossible to open and close.

Location and size.

A beautiful seafront 3BR home in Tower Road Sliema by 360 Estates. AVOID PROPERTIES MANAGED BY 360Estates. 360Estates completely unresponsive to phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Not interested in rectifying problems, very happy to ignore paying clients. Big doesn’t mean luxury, and this apartment is definitely not luxurious! It is run down and dirty, in fact it’s putrid. Just getting into the lift lobby is harder than breaking into the Bank of England and the apartment door is only slightly easier. You need to be the Incredible Hulk to open/close the balcony doors. When you finally get them closed they can’t be locked. The living room rug and sofa were covered in sand and food crumbs, the oven hadn’t been cleaned either, oven tray covered in food waste. The first bedroom has no air conditioning but has a rusty pedestal fan that could date from the Middle Ages. In addition the wardrobe in the first bedroom is unusable - the doors are stuck not open/closed meaning no access for storing clothes. The main bathroom shower is covered in black and orange mould. Oh and tampon wrappers were left on the floor. The house manual said don’t use the towels at the beach because they are high quality linen - NOT. They are old, thin, grey and stained! The sink in the ensuite doesn’t drain!! One set of keys for 4 adults- requested an extra set and was ignored. A waste of money. Find somewhere else!

Second stay at this apartment and felt like home. It was very conveniently located, comfortable with a fabulous view. Mathew the host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay there again.
