Beco Santa Emilia 4P, a Home in Madeira

Es war sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung war einwandfrei, es gab ein Set mit Salz, Pfeffer und ein paar ausgesuchten Gewürzen. Dazu frische Spüllappen und Spülmittel. Sehr praktisch und leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir waren elf Nächte da. Dafür gab es eine komplette Zwischenreinigung inklusive neuer Bettwäsche und Handtücher. In der Ausstattung absolut Oberklasse.

Das einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren Handtuchhalter im Bad und auch eine Ablage dort wäre schön gewesen.

Everything you needed was there eg washing up liquid, cloths, cling film, liquid for washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment, kitchen roll etc. I’ve stayed in many apartments but this one had the most extras. Great to have the balcony. New and good quality furnishings. Great little balcony. No aircon but large very effective fan was provided. Local coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stops at the end of the street. Vitória the companies link person was fantastic. Really helpful, charming and professional. She was available by txt. Answered my queries promptly before arrival.

There are two separate buildings 15 and 19 so thoroughly check which one you are in. Depending who you book with this is not obvious. No. 15 are all air conditioned studios with no balconies but with a rooftop sun terrace and No.19 has different sizes of apartment with only a few having a balcony. Black mould on outside silver shower trim. Cleaned off as soon as reported. Cushions on sofa and bed had an unpleasant smell. I put through the washing machine then perfect. No lamp in lounge…..6 bright ceiling lights…. This will be looked at when I pointed it out. It was explained to me on arrival how to work the hob, oven etc and while there were booklets with very detailed instructions I would have found a page with simple instructions would be helpful.

Comfortable, clean, very helpful and friendly agent. Excellent location just short walk from marina area, shops, restaurants and many other attractions Well equipped with clean towels and toiletries in bathroom.

Nothing much negative at all. View from balcony was mainly other buildings, but OK. Apartment seemed to have been newly refurbished which was great, but could have done with a few minor details such as hooks for coats near door.

Super Lage mit günstigen Parkhäusern, Service und Betreuung, Sauberkeit, schöne Einrichtung, gute Küchenausstattung

Die Wohnung ist an einer großen Straßenbrücke. Im Schlafzimmer hört man bei offenen Fenster den Verkehr morgens. War für uns okay, weil die Lage gut ist.
