The Nook, Cosy 1BR in Blandford, Dorset

The photos of the property do not represent reality. The parking was horrendous. Access down steps into tight corridor not convenient for luggage transfer. Noisy neighbours. Depressingly cramped poor natural lighting and a quite loud extractor fan was operating directly into the corridor from adjacent building.

The place was clean and perfect. Everything you needed was there for a short stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

Fan in the toilet was very noisy, instant coffee was provided but no milk or coffee creamer so we had to scour the town early on Sunday morning!

Really nice little place, close to town but remarkably quiet.

Small but perfectly formed for adults sharing. Nice outside space. Very convenient for town. Reasonable rates

Location, central. Quiet

Third person had to go through bedroom of main occupant to use bathroom.

The property itself was great with everything we needed and the location was perfect for visiting family.

The bed and sofa bed! The bed was so uncomfortable my husband had to sleep on the sofa bed, which wasn't much better. The bed mattress you can feel every single spring and metal and they dig into you when you sleep.

Basic, clean and central to Blandford. Great shower.

Stale smell in the apartment and not able to open the window due to backing onto a local restaurant/kitchen. The noise from the neighbours TV, which is in the room next to the bedroom, made sleeping impossible without earplugs. Outdoor ‘patio’ is a bit of a stretch of the imagination.
