Spacious, quiet location, great value.

The host was helpful, and the directions were easy to follow.

We had to clean the house when we arrived, including wiping down the cabinets with jelly, sweeping the floor, and wiping down the bathrooms and kitchen, as we didn't want our other guests with us to feel uncomfortable.

Everything we had a great stay; the kids really enjoyed the pool.

The property was not cleaned well, and I paid $50 more for an early check in! I was unable to use the refrigerator due to a foul odor. The smell spread throughout the entire level, and I had to buy candles to disguise the fishy odor. I had to clean windows, the glass dining table and sweep the floors. The red sofa is so disgusting and filthy, you don’t want to sit on it! I notified the owner, but she did not remedy the situation and we were grossly inconvenienced. Although the pool was great, the landscaping left a lot to be desired, and the grass needed mowing. Bottom line, the price was remarkably low for the amenities offered, but the pictures don’t capture the true essence of the low comfort level and cleanliness. The old adage applies…you get what you pay for! It could be a nice rental, but I wouldn’t return without serious improvements!
