Gentilezza del proprietario, ottima posizione

L’appartamento era sporco con tanta polvere sui mobili, il mobile del bagno gonfio, la doccia montata male, il frigorifero sbrinato e scomodo all’uso

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla stazione, location molto accogliente e pulita. Consigliatissima per visitare Una città come Parma.

Lokacija je super preko dana, ali u kasnije sate je malo neugodno prolaziti kroz ulice do smještaja. Prozor za terasu nije bio u funkciji i slične sitnice kvare dojam super smještaja.

The ac is regulated by the contact not in the room, we were freezing at night and there was no duvet/ blanket and no reaction from the “staff” because they were sleeping. The policy is no blanket / Duvet in summer…

practically nothing

everything from the key collections up till sleeping and having a shower was terrible. The room is super small even though the photos give impression that flat is bigger or at least has 2 rooms. Bed feels like it has bugs, shower is moldy, the flat has weird smell. You cannot open the window or curtains because then neighbours see everything. Also you need to cross all the oldtown with the luggage to collect the keys. That is super disrespectful for the guest.

Everything was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend to stay in this place. We really enjoyed everything about our stay !

This is not a luxury accommodation and should not be called this. Property was not clean. Sheets had not been changed. Kitchen benches, floors and sinks were not clean. Towels were still damp. Automatic light in the bathroom was very annoying as the bed was right beside the bathroom and if you went to the toilet in the night the light came on and shone on the bed and there was no way to dim it or turn it off and it stayed on. It was very hot in the apartment. There was no way to modify or control the air temperature unless we contacted the host.
