The view is nice

We arrived at the apartment on Thursday at 15:00, the official check-in time, only to find it in the exact condition left by the previous guests - completely uncleaned (video proof attached.) We called the management immediately. Cleaning was only completed at 21:30. However, the cleaning lady arrived with no bed linens, towels, toilet paper, or soap. She mentioned she was only sent to clean and wasn’t given any further instructions. At 21:30, we messaged them about the missing items (screenshot attached), and around 22:30 someone arrived with bed linen, towels, and toilet paper. The towels were clearly newly purchased, smelled like a store, had not been washed, and were unusable. Additionally, the main shower was completely clogged. Water would overflow after just 1–2 minutes of use, making it unusable. On Friday, we contacted the management again regarding: Clean towels A fix for the shower Compensation for the first day completely wasted waiting They responded that everything would be handled on Saturday and that a compensation process would begin (confirmed via screenshots). We left early Saturday and followed instructions to leave the key in the lockbox. At 20:00, we followed up again and were told that a team had come but couldn’t enter because we weren’t there and they didn’t find the key. Later, we found out they went to the wrong apartment (PT17 instead of PT16). Around 22:00 someone finally came - without taking the key - and just left a bag at our door containing more towels and soap. Unfortunately, those towels were visibly stained. We reached out again on Sunday about the unresolved shower issue and the compensation. This time, they told us no one from their compensation team works on weekends - despite telling us earlier that Sunday it would be resolved. Each day we had to re-explain the situation because new agents were on shift and nobody seemed to read the prior messages (via WhatsApp).

Location was excellent, 10 minute walk from a Lidl and plenty of local markets right next to the accommodation! The view was next to none right over the marina, would 100% book again!

Overall the property was good. The location is nice and the terrace has the best view. The apartment is spacious and has a lot of room for everyone. 2 bathrooms as well. They even left us discount tickets for the aquarium.

I think that there are a few small changes that can make it feel more comfortable and cozy. The atmosphere is a bit sterile. They could have left us sugar or some water as the Malta one is not okay to drink (but we didn't know) Also the shower in the second bathroom doesn't have holder so you need to hold it with one hand always.

Modern. Tiled. Gusto coffee machine. Lift. 2 toilets. Great balcony view. Aircon. Right on a major bus interchange (Kullegg). Minutes into Valletta. So many buses going into Valletta. Lots of cupboards. Spare bedding.

Bit tired. Creaky bed in back room. Only one shower (in en-suite) other is just a bath. Bedrooms not blackout.
