how the facilities is near

the response from the staff is quite disappointing as i ask for few things but got no reply and some questions are not answered but the unit is okay

The location was convenient, but the unit did not fully match the photos in the listing. The furniture and layout were different. Both air conditioners in the rooms were also not functioning properly, it seemed like they hadn’t been serviced in a while, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also contacted the host multiple times to request an invoice after my stay, but received no response
