Pendle House - Apartment 3

Had a great stay here. Facilities were great. Easy to walk to train station. Joel was so helpful when left our passports behind!! The book of recommendations in the apartment was great. We ate at the toad... Unreal! Also really enjoyed local beers and board games in the black cloak near the apartment. Also very handy to have a Morrisons across the road

It is close to the beach and near shops but they open after 4

Floor is dirty no drive way I parked somewhere else and my head light got stolen no ac and no washing machine not very comfortable beds one of them is sofa bed not comfortable plates and mugs and dirty

Brilliant location, really nice and cosy place. Very clean and well presented. Host had excellent communication with us.

We had a lovely few days in Pendle House, Apt 3. It had everything we needed for our stay in Colwyn Bay. The location was great, just 5 minute walk from the promenade and the town centre, with free on-street parking just across the road. Check-in and Check-out were seamless and the host Joel was lovely to deal with and great with helpful information throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Pendle House, Apt 3 and if we ever return to Colwyn Bay, I would have no hesitation in booking again.

This was our 2nd stay at the property in the last 16 months, it’s a lovely place with all you need at hand. Very comfortable and clean.

The apartment was clean and comfy home from home, and it was quiet for being near the town. The bed was very comfy.

Locating the house as its not at the start of the street but round the corner slightly on the round about took us a few driving up and down the street to find it.
