Gute Lage um schnell in die historische Alstadt zu kommen (Rolltreppen). Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück wird im Zimmer serviert, sehr schön ! Man bestellt abends, was man morgens gerne hätte, einfach TOLL ! Ein privater Parkplatz wird für 20€ die Nacht angeboten, besser geht es nicht - auf jeden Fall machen.

Nice apartment, plenty of room, fully equipped. Ideal for those staying a lot of days. Clean white bed and bath linen everyday. Next to electric escalators to go up to the historic center. For those wishing to walk is just 15’ uphill walk from the piazza del Campo. Parking in 2-minutes walk. We would return, if not so expensive.

The price. The lack of heating the first night we arrived. We had to turn on the air conditioning which was very noisy. The next day the heating was fortunately on. Although generally clean some upgrade could be done, like in the chair covers and in the toilet brush. The view to the historic landmark shouldn’t be advertised, since it was obstructed by frosted window glass, as the apartment is on the ground floor.

Estaba muy limpio, bien decorado, recién restaurado y situado al lado de la escalera mecánica.

Éramos nueve y nos colocaron a cuatro de nosotras en dos sofás cama muy incómodos. En un apartamento con una habitación colocaron a cuatro y a otras cinco en un sólo espacio con una cama doble un sofá cama enfrente y una plegable individual. El desayuno incluído consistía en una cafetera con cápsulas un hervidor con tres infusiones y una magdalena para cada una.

Zentrale Lage war top. Parksituation sehr gut. Zimmer freundlich, geräumig und sauber. Nettes Personal und unkomplizierter Check in.

Camera accogliente, pulita e centrale.

Staff molto disponibile e posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico (davvero a due passi). Buona anche la possibilità di parcheggiare a pochi metri (a pagamento).
