"Great apartment in a very good location."

Furnishings and equipment all felt new. Bathrooms were excellent. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms meant we were very comfortable. Convenient location for exploring old town.

If you wanted to sit out on the balcony you would be aware of the noise from the air conditioning units at mini market next door. However, this wasn't an issue for us.

Good location, about 10 minutes walk to start of the old town area. Supermarket around the corner and about 5 minutes walk to como borghi for train to milan. Apartment is very modern, main bedroom has an ensuite too. Perfect base for exploring the como region

Beautiful, modern and clean property. Located 15 minutes away from como lake, main supermarket and train station. The host gave us all the necessary information before arrival and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling on arrival. Will definitely go back.

Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds, easy communication with owner. The apartment was very spacious with a good sized terrace.

Could have had another sofa and some info on restaurants nearby

Cinzia, who I presume is the owner, was responsive to all of our questions and requests—usually within minutes. The apartment is a bit remote from Como’s attractions but I generally walked everywhere and there is a bus stop nearby. A Carrefour market around the corner was a big plus.

The place has a generous balcony but the view left something to be desired.

The roominess, clean, neat and in a newer building. Oh… she did leave a bottle of wine

More thought should have been given to the comfortable mess of the renters. - 1 loveseat for 4 adults in the LR. 2. No dresser or luggage rack in second bedroom. 3. Exactly 1 towel per person. 4. Dryer there but no ALLOWED to use it 5. Basis items - salt, pepper , coffee, toaster no there. 6. Mention that the view on the patio overlooks the air conditioning unit of the department store next door
