"Nice apartment, great location, but glad we only stayed for one night"

The location was amazing, really central. Once we found the property it was easily accessible and had a lift which was good for heavy cases. The views out of the windows were also lovely.

There were 8 of us and not enough hot water for us all to shower, it kept cutting off mid shower. There were only just enough towels. Some furniture was broken (a broken table leg, a latch on the front door, and a ceiling latch that had fallen down) Mostly our issue was the strict rules we were sent a day or so prior to check in, including being told there was a decibel monitor in the apartment and that we would be charged €100 should we go over this, or if we left any mess we would be charged €100. We had no intention of having a party or leaving mess but the rules made us feel very on edge. We were also told it was €20 to store our luggage for a few hours - I think would have been nice to store this for no extra cost as we had paid over €500 for one night.
