The apartment was very beautiful and clean. The yard and gardens were very interesting. Their pools were 👌. The staff were very nice especially the guards.

The crockery was not enough, some was 5 or 4 while we were a group of 6. For sofa beds, they didn't leave bed cover or (blankets), we got only fitted sheets on wardrobe.

Close to beach, safe parking, entertainment areas

I would have preferred a choice of the actual accommodation! I was given a 1st floor flat, would have actually liked a higher floor..there's 10 floors! Issues with accommodation:- 1. toilet seat broken 2. Kitchen tap broken 3. Rooms weren't extremely clean. 4. TV remote wasn't working. 5. Loadshedding affected my stay and the manager of Santana said their generator wasn't working! It was the beginning of the week and DID NOT even get sorted through my stay. I walk with a crutch so it was pretty difficult to climb stairs. I could fwd you his reply, which wasn't very helpful at all! I feel that a discount should be given for inadequate comfort level of my stay...what is promised isn't delivered...a very disappointing stay.

Apartment was clean Amazing views Direct walk to the beach from the flat.

It Would have been nice if there was wifi and dstv . TV remote wasn't working .
