"Location is great - but if anything goes wrong & your staying at the weekend your left without"

The location is great, just off eyre square & quite a safe little street

The check in process was a bit of a painful.. took us an hour to get through to the agent to get code & check in info. Our shower didn’t work, a group of 9 adults this was very frustrating. Basic amenities-just bottle water on offer

"Great location, comfortable beds, cold showers!"

Beds were very comfortable, location was excellent, very central, place was very clean, towels provided

We had to chase up the access to the property to get the lock box details these weren't sent until we requested and there was only enough hot water each day for one shower which as a group of 6 adults was less than ideal.
