Todo en general, desde la comunicación con los que lo gestiona, la comodidad, el entorno, las vistas, muy completa, super limpia. Nos gustó mucho y sobretodo por que esta alejado de todo. Sin duda volvería.

El camino para llegar y la salida tan temprano al menos 1 hora mas sería ideal.

Estaba súper equipado tanto en baño, en cocina y en dormitorio con todo lo necesario y más. El hecho de tener toallas de playa y que nos dejasen una cesta de bienvenida con leche, café, algo de aperitivo, fue un detallazo.

Wonderful two-bedroom house near Caleta de Famara village. This renovated house, originally part of a failed investment to build a new housing estate, is located in a very quiet area with just a few neighbors. The terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean and the Famara Cliffs. We spent over a month on the island, and I can assure you that this is the best view you can possibly have in Lanzarote. Due to the positioning of the building, you will always have the sun either in front or behind the property. The view from the back overlooks the oldest calderas on the island, which are stunning during sunsets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including a toaster and a juice extractor (which I recommend using to make fresh orange juice instead of buying it from the shop). The bedrooms are comfortable and have built-in sliding wardrobes. There is a small beach in the neighborhood, which is usually empty and very nice. The host was very helpful, quickly solving some issues we had at the beginning. There is a cleaning service ordered for you every week. If you are looking for a quiet place to work remotely or just rest from the city noise, this place would be perfect for you.

Access to the facility is via a dirt road. It's not as bad as the road to Papagayo Beach, but be aware that you need a car with soft and slightly raised suspension (SUV, Crossover). In general, in the north of Lanzarote, you need a car. The nearest shops are in Famara village, which is quite a walk from the property (1-1.5 km), so I would recommend visiting Arrecife from time to time for shopping (there is a well-equipped Lidl, MediaMarkt, and Decathlon in the same area, around 25 minutes away from the property). At the beginning, we had big problems with the internet speed and its stability, which were quickly solved by the host (with a 4G router, so the speed is still not at the level of what you can have in properties in Caleta de Famara, but at least it is stable). Hot water could appear faster; usually, it was necessary to wait a few minutes for it. The neighbors in the area can be nosy; they pestered us several times, saying that this is a private estate and asking what we were doing there. It would be good if the property was equipped with a water filter, which would allow us to avoid buying bottled water.

We loved the house, was so modern…had everything we needed. Stunning views from everyone room. Short walk to local beach and then 20 minute walk along coastal path to the stunning Famara beach. Plenty of choice of local restaurants but also excellent kitchen facilities to cook/eat in. Would recommend having a car to enjoy exploring all the local towns/villages. We would definitely book to stay again 😊
