The aircon n tv remotess.didnt work despite changing it.twice. third time only can The chair was broken... Right plug point didn't work NO TOWELS..the receptionist said, " I alrdy said we short.of towels and we didn't realise ur room.no towels.. still they didn't give any towels... Bad hotel...it's worse that before... never again Sovotel

"Great overall but small room with no window."

The staff was nice and overall the stay was great.

The room did not have any windows which was unexpected because on booking.com it showed a window and a bigger room, so it would have been nice to have a more accurate description of the room I was going to get before going.
