Seabreeze 3-Bedroom Pool Villa close to the beach!!!

Beautiful pool and view of canal - layout was great. Plenty of space. Alberto was very easy to contact and always took care of our questions/ concerns promptly.

Location was spot on. And the canal at the back of the property was lovely. The property could be exceptionally good if anyone few things were attended to.

Bath did work due to the plug leaking. Showers didn't work due to the knobs being broken The floor was filthy if you walked around in socks or bare feet. The property needs a good clean and spruce up Dishwasher stopped working after 2 days The pool did not seem heated and the floor of the pool was dirty upon entry Washing machine leaked all over the garage so you could not walk in the garage if it was on The garden area needed tidying up The lock on the front door was intermittent so we resorted into just using the garage to enter and exit the property I don't normally write such detailed reviews and I hope the owners take note that if these issues were addressed we would come back as the location and house is nice, but due to all the problems we was not happy paying for it

It was a wonderful and quiet location. Perfect for me and my family to have a small get away and getting to enjoy the pool was an extra bonus. There are no TVS in the bedrooms but the living room couch was a fold out so my kids could vacation in the living room.

Nice location, close to restaurants and shopping.

The house was in need of a deep cleaning indoors and outdoors. There was a trail of ants going from an outside wall through the master bath into the wall next to the shower. The house and fixtures were covered in dust. The master baths shower has mold and dispensers unmounted. The jetted tub was filthy, and mold came from the jets when it was turned on. Pool area was nasty with bird droppings on everything. We cleaned the area best we could to be able to utilize the pool. The kitchen refrigerator seems to work intermittingly and has no interior light. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom sounds like its coming loose from the ceiling. Bedroom 3 ceiling fan is also Un operational. Cobwebs inhabit the closets and corners throughout the home. They are also very unsightly in the pool area. The landscaping is overgrown and needs attention.

The peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Relaxing by the pool.

Everything was delightful but the only thing we had an issue with was the fridge. It wasn’t very cold and it was a little small.
