The property owner was very helpful and always available via text or call to answer any questions we had. The place is clean, comfortable and peaceful for a good night's sleep after a exploring Moab during the day.

It would be good to have a light switch accessible near the main entrance. The bathroom sink had some hair stuck in the base which was a little uncomfortable to look at while using the sink.

Very spacious and clean apartment, with all the equipment and facilities you might need. Quiet location. Good laundry room and space to safely store bicycles. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking.

The bathroom had a window but only one dim light that made it very dark in the evening.

Location. The Patio and Barbecue area. Perfect to walk to downtown Moab

Nothing. Suggest wine opener in the suite. Didn’t find it and the kitchen was thoughtful stocked with kitchen items and comforts. Suggest 2 small deck chairs on the small deck outside the back door/staircase

Location was good, on a nice quiet street. The place was clean and neat. We liked having two doors to enter from outside. The hot tub was very nice and easy to use. We enjoyed seeing deer walking down the street.

We were planning on having an oven to cook in, but it was broken. We called about it as soon as we got there, but it was not fixed during our 3-day stay. Also, there is no dishwasher.

Super comfortable apartment well furnished, with garden, hot tub, barbecue and a very useful washing machine. We had a great and relaxed stay there. Easy to check in, the owners are very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay again!
