Very lovely and stylish studio apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full of natural light and great views from the balcony. We loved staying here and would recommend it to other travelers. It felt like we had our little home in the city. Definitely check out the rooftop terrace at sunset the views are breathtaking over Mexico City.

Breakfast was not included, but the location was great! There are many places to eat around the area, we love the pastries from La Esperanza Bakery across the street from the apartment.

We didn't like the noise. The first two days it was hard for us to rest or fall asleep because of the outside noise. But the next days it wasn't as bad.

Convenient location to the Metro.

There were problems with many of the appliances in the apartment. Traffic noise was prevalent day & night.

This review is for unit 905. It appears that Mr. W has 10 units in this building, in 4 different configurations. However, the photos only show 1 of each unit, so it’s unlikely you will get the same furnishings as shown. I’m disappointed that I didn’t get the one pictured, as our furniture was not as nice. No rugs, no throw pillows and old wooden antique furniture. However, the unit is still very spacious. The beds are comfortable, large bathrooms and showers with good towels. Good water pressure, though the on demand hot water system turns off and on, making your showers scalding and then freezing. Good size kitchen with gas stove/oven, and a decent amount of cookware and dishes. Large fridge with freezer and a water filtration system for drinking water. Excellent WiFi and large smart TVs, with Roku. Good sized washer and dryer. There is a small rooftop deck however, there is no shade. The building is next to the Pink Metro Line #1 which is very convenient. And there are lots of shops and restaurants. The Management company was responsive and helped us with all our needs (just dont have an emergency on the weekend). We were there 4 weeks and got some cleaning which was very nice.

While the views and the balcony are nice, they aren’t worth it. The balcony apartments are above a very large intersection, where a 4 lane road crosses an 8 lane road. The traffic is incredibly loud, even with the windows shut. I’m used to big cities and can handle the traffic noise, but the constant whistles from the traffic cops all day long is unbearable. We would play loud music during the day to help drown it out. And you will need earplugs to sleep at night. Temperature control is difficult. All these floor to ceiling windows face south and west and the sun shades do very little to block the light. So the living room heats up during the day (it would get up to 30C in Jan). There are several fans that work very well and really help. If you open the windows, you have to determine which is worse, the heat or the noise. Luckily, as soon as the sun sets, the temperature dropped and everything cooled down quickly. There is 1 small electric heater, but it’s basically useless. The mornings in Jan get chilly, so bring some sweaters since there aren’t any blankets. Unfortunately, this apartment would be a 10, put it is unbearable between 7:30am to 7:30 pm. It would be best for a short stay, when you’re out sightseeing all day, but not for a longer term stay where you will be staying in several days.

The views!! One block from the subway station. Interior was nice. Fast elevator. 24 hour security. Lots of fans. we loved everything
