Well equipped, everything you need to enjoy CDMX. Great location, and very accommodating host.

You can only use one shower at a time to have hot water, and it works well only in the master bedroom, the guest's shower has colder water.

Well located in a fun part of the city. Tough for parking though unless included in your stay

Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Location would have been great if the metro station had been on the working part of the line.

A problem with hot water. The temperature set too high, causing the boiler to turn itself off. Fixed by lowering the temperature. Not ideal as I suspect a problem with the flue.

BEWARE! We would never stay here again. While the location is convenient, the building being located on the Avenue; has the worst noise insulation windows/doors. Every day and all day/night you hear EVERY traffic sound. From the traffic patrol whistles (5 going at the same time), every car honk, emergency vehicles etc… It felt like the apartment was on street level - but was on 11th floor. To add to this nonsense - there were two parties in the building the night we checked in. One on the roof, right above apartment and another couple floors down. These parties were beyond loud with sound systems rattling windows and went on till past 4am. I contacted the apartment manager that same night multiple times - though I did not hear back till the next morning with a basic apology.They fully know the situation and are masking/hiding this ongoing NOISE issue. Extraordinarily frustrating when you need rest and think you picked a great space to stay. There’s also a doorman/security - they did not intervene to correct situation . Save yourself the aggravation and pick another spot.

Frankly the room was very nice though we could not enjoy it.

We were given a 2 bedroom on the top floor when we had rented a studio. Of course there was a huge catch. The unit is just below the roof garden and the building allows parties there until 3am. And when I say party, this is CDMX, they party LOUD. They had some serious speakers. Mr. W asks to keep quiet hours from 10pm which is a bad joke given the crazy parties they have on the roof. Also, this outfit does not respond to you when things go bad. We called, no answer. Messaged, no reply. We were first told the party would vacate by security and with that we figured 10pm. After that we're told they are allowed until 1am. At about 1:20 I went down to security and 2 aggressive men told me in no uncertain terms they were allowed until 3am and the security guard stayed quiet. SO we vacated the unit at 1:30 am. I requested a refund for the 2 nights which should be the minimum this outfit does. But they don't respond to me or to booking.com. Even prior to the party issue, the unit is on a very busy corner with police using loud whistles to direct traffic. Also, the unit heats up due to poor floor to ceiling windows that do not filter well. I would avoid anything Mr. W.

Very centrally located, very modern and very clean. Nice views from the room balcony, fantastic views from the rooftop balcony/garden. I loved the kitchen appliances: water heater, milk foamer, coffee machine, toaster. Very nice. Very responsive and friendly host.

The water heater randomly didn't want to turn on, I could hear it 'clicking' trying to ignite but wouldn't. Host was very responsive once notified about the problem, though. Also, bear in mind this is a very centrally located, urban location, so you must enjoy hearing all the city sounds if you wish to stay here (sirens, whistles, traffic). I didn't mind it. Windows seem to block out majority of the noise and city lights, I slept very well.

The shower in unit 1001 gets super hot and then runs out of hot water after 7 minutes. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Nice apartment with great view to Reforma. Spacious and comfortable. 2 bathrooms and nice kitchen.

The shower heater often has bugs that are simple to solve/reset, but we could have received those instructions at the beginning (we had cold showers on the first night). A lot of white light bulbs (instead of warm light), and cheap decoration objects; having both replaced would make the place a 10.
