Super location. Beach is right across road down some steps nice area to swim and walk. Shops restaurants are easy walk. Great coffee machine with generous supply.. nice outside terrace area you can use.. a small but very good kitchenette area and air con a plus...

The room is very small (I was a solo) but once you get past that it's all good. Parking is a challenge very busy area and strict policing of tickets. . The site did say parking was available for a fee however that does not appear to be the case.

The stay was truly amazing, the room is smaller but with everything you need, modern and clean. The terrace does not neet a comment, my absolutely favourite caffe was there. The owner is super nice and I definitely recommend this stay in lovely city of Opatija.🩷

A 2-3 minute walk from the beach, clean, quiet, beautiful terrace.

Rooms aren't labelled and there's no reception, so it can be hard to figure out where to go at first. If the room name was in the online description and visible outside the door, it would help a lot.

The very much perfect place to stay in Opatija! It’s a so much nice, quiet, clean, studio apartment, with a small kitchen, near the beach, near to a wonderful fish restaurant, about 30 minutes to walk from the central bus station. A Spar is also near, about 10 minutes to walk. The owner is so much friendly and helpful. The internet wifi is very fast and stabile. I heartly recommend this place to all travelers and I will come back and stay there again when I’m again in Opatija.

Close to the sea. The room was clean and warm. Bed very comfortable and late check in possible, I arrived at 11 pm and got some instructions to access my room which was already prepared. Towels provided

It is a bit far from the bus station if you have to walk

Small but cosy. Clean. Good location. Great contact. Free coffee.

The host was very accommodating. And the espresso mashine in the room is a great touch :)
