Lisa and Wayne went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family holiday! I would highly recommend booking one of their caravans. Location was perfect, caravan was brilliant 10/10

Nice clean caravan, right next to the beach, shops and amusements a short walk away. Little extras like sauces, tea, coffee and towels are very helpful when on a short visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (15–18 July stay) We’ve just returned from a wonderful three-night break at the Promenade in Ingoldmells and can’t praise Lisa and Wayne enough. Communication was effortless from the outset, and they happily arranged our request for an hour-early check-in. On arrival we were delighted to be upgraded from the two-bed (613) we’d booked to a pristine, newly refurbished three-bed (615) right next door—completely spotless, beautifully decorated and perfectly organised. Every bed was made up with fresh sheets, duvet covers and more than enough pillows, so we could settle straight in. The location is ideal: the beach path is less than a three-minute stroll from the door, making morning walks and evening sunsets a breeze. All the essentials were provided, and whenever we had a question Lisa and Wayne responded immediately, sorting everything on the spot. To top it off, they let us check out at 1 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. at no extra cost—a gesture that made our final morning wonderfully relaxed. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable seaside stay with genuinely caring hosts, this is it. We’ll definitely be booking with Lisa and Wayne again!

The only small downside was that there was no freezer in the caravan, which would have been helpful.

Well equipped, in a quiet location, close to the dog friendly beach within a short walk of both parts of Ingoldmells.
