So well decorated for a more chic than shabby, beautifully appointed, and equipped condo. Kitchen an 8 or 9 for serious cooking. So thoutfully put together, you can tell the owners must love it, too; even beach chairs, belly board, indoor games, etc. No reading material other than a wildlife of North America and another of lighthouses. VERY QUIET, with the exception of the ocean's music and the pelicans flying balcony level 🤗 The elevator is great. About 20-25 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, which was fine by us. Also, some great thrift stores!

The sliding glass door to the balcony was VERY stiff, requing a strong person to open it.
