The value is great and the owners are really kind and nice people. Everything was easy and the location is comfortable to move around Lake Como

It is located in a very cute little village, nice surrounds and easy to park. The hosts were welcoming. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Even though it was hot, leaving the window open after the sunset made the temperature drop and it was good. The breakfast area is super cozy and pretty, simple but with good selection as well.

Everything was way more better than expected, breakfast with warm croissants. Owners are very welcoming.

Slim walls

Really cute apartment with kind owners. They made awesome fresh breakfast for us and were considerate to let us use their bathroom in case of emergency. Would recommend them to all.

Great cost-benefit, big room, very comfortable and clean, location is great if you have a car, the quick drive down to Bellagio is amazing from there

Breakfast is quite simple and with not much varieties, could be improved, but overall is good

Very clean and with live maintained house with owners living on the ground floor. The hosts are very friendly and adjusted a bit the breakfadt to our taste. Room was quite big, well furnishied, lots of place for keeping all the cloths and things. Bathroom is also big, clean and convinient. Location is quite, high in the mountains. So you have fair chance to have cooler nights also in summer. Guests frigde in the public kitchen was of a great help.

Location is nice and quite, but at the same time far away from most tourist attractions and hiking trails. And you have to climb up and down the seprantine road each time you go somewhere. Be ready to get itialian breakfast - variety of sweet stuff with coffee or tea. The hosts were friendly though to adjust it to our taste a bit and offer some boiled eggs and toasts. We still bought ourselves however some cheese and ham and fruits and vegetables to have the breakfast our way. The kettle in the room or at the public kitchen would be really appriciated. One of us cought cold and we had to ask each time for hot water the hosts which was not convinient and not possible in the night or late evening.
