Luxury Aldea Zama 2bed - 2bat Apartment Private Terrace & Swim Up

The location was convenient and in the center of town. The condo was clean, spacious, well decorated. The condo looks just like the pictures.

When it rain the power goes out but it did not stay pur very long.

The property is very nice, comfortable and is in excellent condition. I enjoyed the space with the two bedrooms. The beds are comfortable and not cheap. The furniture is in great shape. Beautiful sectional and large dinning room table. The AC in all the rooms worked properly and was cold. The swim up swimming pool was a bonus and excellent choice for a condo. I don’t see that often in Tulum. Made for a no hassle pool visit. There was also laundry room with washer and dryer in the apartment. There is tankless hot water system so endless hot water!!! The primary bedroom has direct access to pool along with the living room. I would recommend and return again whenever I’m in Tulum. The property is in one of the premier and upmarket developments of Tulum. The building is very secure and there is 24/7 security that actually does his or her job.

There was nothing wrong with the property. I actually own an apartment in Playa del Carmen and it was very comparable to my current standard of upmarket living.

Spacious and well equipped

Location / Tulum was not that interesting, less than expected. Kitchen of the apartment well equipped in terms of oven, microwave etc but could use some more pans, plates, utensils, towels etc

Location and the apartment is excellent

Small things -- no toilet paper. Ran out of it after one day. But everything was easy to get from market around the corner.

I would just stay the kitchen is not well prepared if you like cooking during your stay.

Extremely high end furniture, beautiful set up. In a developing area with some cute restaurants. Walkable (although a bit of a hike) to the main strip area of Tulum which we did several times. Marco was incredibly helpful, even before we arrived in Tulum. He really went above and beyond to help us with a car rental issue and gave recommendations readily. He is an A++ host

It was missing small amenities, like dish soap/sponges, coffee pods for the Keurig that was there, maybe an extra roll of toilet paper, laundry detergent- all these little touches would have made it extra special

Modern flat, very clean, direct access to the pool, good communication with the host, who gave us advices with places to visit, well equipped kitchen, groceries not far away by car, easy parking. Good location if you go by car.

Property not so close to the beach would be the only negative.
