Ocean27 Hotel

Great location.

Parking spots were very tight and limited.

I opened my door and walked 10 feet to the ocean!! Was on first floor, so no stairs to climb.

The pool was not in working order, and was completely green, the fridge did not work and was leaking water all over the carpet, tub was quite disgusting and tissue was shoved in the peep hole of the door.. hair dryer did not work and heard other ppl saying the place was riddled with bed bugs..

Dirty room, pool full of green water and trash, furniture stained and broken, toilet not mounted, tub filthy, walls dirty and stained, ceiling cracked, no outlets near bed, no cover on ironing board, antiquated AC which didn’t work, fridge not cold,

No breakfast was provided, the location is great.

AC was broken. I made the reservation through Booking.com and I also called the hotel to confirm. They confirmed and said I would be located on the 3rd floor. I then proceeded to tell them I would be late arrival because it was my honeymoon. At approximately 7:30 pm I received a call from the hotel office and they wanted to know if I was still coming and to let me know my room would be now on the second floor. I wanted what they had told me ,which was the 3rd floor but it really didn't bother me. When I arrived ,there was no parking left ,so I had to park in front of the office. We get to the room and the Air Conditioning was not working and did not work all night. I asked to be moved and they said there were no rooms left. Needless to say they knew that the room was not right, that is why the switched me from the 3rd floor to the second. If I was desperate and wanted to save a dollar, would be the only way I would go back. I own a tree company and I wouldn't treat my customers like that. That's what I have to say about that hotel

It was right on the beach and excellent value for the location.

The only negative thing I could say was that there isn't a breakfast included but for what I saved on the rooms, we just ate out.

Very nice and peaceful and could walk right out on the boardwalk and the beach.

Our AC was messed up but it was still good cause it wasn't too hot
