the balcony was nice. bed were comfortable. ac worked well

bathroom had stains. tv barely worked. overall not very clean. grounding probe from electrical cable stuck inside electrical outlet. fire hazard. very dangerous.

very overpriced it was not worth the money and then they did not do refund which had us stuck, but having to settle for this nasty hotel. We did not have a good night sleep things were very unpleasant. I really wish I could’ve got a refund and went somewhere else. It was a nightmare.

Absolutely nothing!!!!

Everything!!!! The trash pile up at the steps that stunk. No elevator. Bugs crawling on the inside door of the room. The tub was just nasty!!!! Cracks in the ceiling hanging down. Cracks in bathroom wall and mold in walls.

First, we are in our late 60's. No elevators. We had to walk 3 flights of stairs carrying our luggage. Next, the room was so nasty with dirt on the walls, I wanted to cry. The bed only had sheets on it, no comforter. The thing that was worst of all,was the bathroom. The top of the stool was cracked and the stool itself was more for a child, it set so low. The worst was the actual shower. Stained, discolored, brown stuff in the tub, probably rust, whole tub was puttied up. This is not a place for the elderly or disabled to stay. I understand it's pet friendly, however, they should be ashamed of how nasty the room looked. I was scared to even use the microwave, which was dirty. I took pictures of the whole room because this was just unacceptable. I paid over 190.00 for just 1 night to come down and enjoy my anniversary of 45 yrs of marriage and this is what I ended up getting. Thinking about calling the health department because this looks nothing like was advertised on-line. So upset and disappointed. Room #339. Janice Moore.

No on-site ice machine, no refrigerator. Floors were dirty.

The property has an ocean front view.

The air conditioner was making loud noises, the smoke detector was beeping with a low batter (when taken to the front desk they said just to take the battery out), the water in the bath tub did not turn off all the way.
