Ocean27 Hotel

I’d like the attention and the location of this hotel

The damage of the property. Ex there was a scratch sofa, a an old tub.

No ice and dirty towels

No ice

Was in front of the beach

The rooms, has mold in the bathrooms, they looked filthy, outside the door they put all dirty blankets and trash from the room just in the floor In the hallway, they were not ready for our bedrooms, seems like they didn’t have clue about my reservation even though was paid in advance, they accommodate one room in the first floor another in the third floor, so expensive for so dirty service

Nothing other than it was oceanfront

The room key never worked. Had to keep going back to the office. The room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty.

Parking was adequate

Antiquated electronics Unclean room Shower head defective Toilet defective Tub stained Bedding worn Spiders and insects throughout the room in the corners Trash and debris on rear patio platform

The location was the only thing we liked.

It was dirty, we felt unsafe. We didn't have a bath mat in the shower both my husband and I also fell the toilet was very low and the bed well there was one just a mattress on the floor. We spent over 1000.00 for two nights.very overrated when we asked for extra towels we were given dirty used ones.

Nothing. It was abysmal

It was awful. One of the beds had a giant wet spot on it when we first arrived. The entire room smelled like some sort of heavy industrial cleaner. There were bugs and old cereal covered in hair by the night stand. We couldn't even stay the night because it felt dirty and unkempt. The microwave was horrendous and didn't even work. I went to the front desk to ask for my money back and there was no one there. We checked in around 4 or 5 and left around midnight because we just couldn't do it anymore. The hotel is literally falling apart. Most of the metal in the bathroom was covered in rust. I didn't feel safe sleeping there with my children.

The staff was friendly beds was okay

I didn't like. That the pool wasn't clean so I couldn't get.It it was late in the morning.About 2 AM, so I needed a room. The hallways were really messy. Somebody needs to take and put a vacuum to it.
