The only problem is the bed mattress which is too soft, not really good for sleeping.

I like area of San Fernando, its less hotels around, but nice coffee and food places and stores around. And accomodation was good enough. Bit small but good enought for holiday in two ).. Comunication was quick and as we came we got a key ..and short presentation of place.

Good communication from the host, in a quiet location close to amenities that you would need, WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable.

It was quite compact but comfortable for 1 person. The power socket in the bedroom didn't work. Some noise from the other apartment.

It's a small place, well equiped with basic things in the kitchen, cook and chill. easy location to walk from or take public bus. good for one person on a budget.

The place might need some basic renovation, could be a bit more fresh, but the price is a big plus. It is not sound isolated well enough so you can hear everything.

The location is good as well as kitchen equipment, the apartment has everything available for a stay. The staff is friendly and always available online.

The description saying that apartment is 40 square meters is incorrect. It is about 20 square meters that is very small. It looks like a larger apartment was split into 2 apartments and you can always hear the neighbors very well. Internet signal is poor.
