1. Staff is not courteous most of the times. You've to explain to them things in detail only then they understand. They overuse sorry and just kepp saying sorry without understanding the issue. 2. Full payment at check in. Payment after every meal is required. Doesn't make sense. Most good hotels would charge you half or nothing at check in. Then rest half at check out. These guys took the whole booking amount at check in. Secondly they ask you to pay up everytime you use the restaurant. At most hotels you jsut sign the bill and pay lumpsum at check out 3. This place is not good for babies below 2 years. It's dirty. Lot of mud everywhere especially inside the rooms and in balconies. The staff doesn't understand basic needs of people that come with babies. You've to explain each and everything 4. Finally the location of this hotel is so secluded that if you need even a little something you've to go near the airport at least at Devanahalli. Which means that the hotel should provide basic stuff such as snacks and beverages. Packaged I mean. No such things available here. 5. Most amenities that they mention aren't even there. Even swimming pools are dirty. We could not use them especially for the baby 6. They switch off the lights at reception. Can you believe that? 7. The place is dead. We were there from Friday to Sunday. Very less people. You'd think it's good as you get more me time. But the place has negative energies. I at least felt very negative during my whole stay.

Worst place to stay, nothing there in middle of a empty place

"A memorable weekend for the entire family. Right from check-in, the team took care of small details for the kids. We've done many resorts around Bangalore, but this one stands out we'll surely return for their Holi event next year."

Property is nice, surrounded by lush greenery and you can see mountains too

The stay is too far from the main office. For everything we had to call for toiletries, plates etc and they will take minimum 30 minutes to get things.

I only had one night here but I really enjoyed it. The area around the hotel looks like it maybe going to get developed in the future with villas etc so it feels a little strange. But the resort, staff, rooms, food are all as good as anywhere really. Thank you

SO many things! The room we were assigned had many many issues: 1. The plumbing was completely off. There was no water in most of the bathrooms, and we had to get somebody to come and switch the motor on. 2. The fan in the hall wasn't working. The remote that operated it had no batteries, so we tried replacing them. Still didn't work. Called for staff, they couldn't make it work, and replaced it with a table fan. 3. One of the toilets had zero ventilation. No exhaust, no windows either. We couldn't use it because of the foul smell. 4. MOST of the bathrooms did not have screens over the windows. We couldn't even use the bathroom and toilets without crouching. 5. The AC in one of the rooms wasn't working. 6. Worst of all, after we reported all these issues, the hotel manager said he would look into it and give us a partial refund. He didn't even bother to reach out to us after we left.

Location and views were good, property is new so it was clean as well

Staff response time and responses were poor. Always getting food orders wrong. Better only plan to stay there and not have much expectation from the food or service

The expanse of the property … although some landscaping works are still ongoing or on hold.

The management of space available … pool is outside of living space building - the entry exit is through the reception which is bothersome especially when they have a traditional function going on and you have to walk through the same in a costume. Dining space - can be managed better and made more interesting for more inclusive dinning experience. The above are observed keeping in mind the kind of money being charged for the stay.
