Personnel au top, à l'écoute du client, super accueil, service irréprochable et très sympathique. La jeune femme de service ce jour-là, nous a attendu pour nous recevoir personnellement car elle terminait son service et c'était la première fois que nous venions dans un B&B hotel. Une chambre très propre, assez calme et bien rénovée. Nous reviendrons très prochainement pour une nouvelle visite à Disneyland Paris,nous reviendrons chez vous et je recommande sans hésitation votre établissement. Merci a Aurore, ainsi qu'à sont équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
Prima hotel, uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Het is een heel basic hotel zonder luxe, maar is uitermate geschikt om te overnachten. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar prima.

Un peu perdu au départ car la réception n'est pas ouverte en performance il a fallu que je comprenne le système de borne mais tout de suite aidé par la responsable du ménage.Je dois signaler que, bien que voyageant beaucoup, je n'ai jamais eu un accueil et un service avec autant de gentillesse. Que ce soit la responsable ou la femme de ménage elles ont tout fait pour que nous soyons très bien mon fils et moi. Un énorme merci à elles et respect !
Accueil téléphonique très bien, le matin personnel pas très accueillant
Lorsque je suis arrivée l'accueil était fermé et heureusement qu'il y a une assistance par interphone car le numéro de confirmation inscrit sur ma réservation faite via votre site ne correspondait pas pour obtenir ma chambre!!! Le code est un code à 6 chiffres.
très bien, juste un point le code d'accès à la chambre non mentionné sur le document de réservation quand l'hotel est fermé.
Todo muy bien salvo que pedimos una habitación de no fumadores y cuando llegamos tenía la pegatina de no fumador pero holia a tabaco y tenía un cenicero
