Location was great. Price was brilliant. Caravan was clean and fresh. Communication with owners was very easy and they reply very quickly.

Kitchen could do with a tin opener, chopping board and a Cork screw. It also mentions towels are included but only 2 were left for us to share between 6 of us. Not a huge deal though.

Smelt fresh when walking in the caravan maybe a bit to much as there were so many automatic sprays! Location was brilliant..

Sofá bed wasn’t clean, sheet had hairs and dirt on it. Stains on the sofas, and not a lot of utensils. Only 3 towels for 6 people. Hole in one of the doors looks like someone had punched it. Also the curtains constantly falling down. Blinds were also bent and not clean. Sunday when we got back to the caravan we could see some people outside of it they were building a storage box outside were there a good hour wasn’t sure who they were till we asked, made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Not knowing if they had poked their heads inside the caravan whilst we were out before we got back I had to message my brother not to come back to the caravan with my sister in law, she is autistic and gets upset if she isn’t in a place she feels comfortable seeing other people at the caravan would have upset her and she would start thinking they had been in her space ( bedroom ) and looked and generally over thought the situation Just a email or phone call to say the maintenance was being done would have been nice if she had been there on her own or with my brother she would have freaked out and it would have taken time to settle her again. Check out was latest 11am and the cleaner arrived at 10am I heard tapping by the door she was getting a key but if we didn’t have the door open she may of come in thinking we had left and came in, we were planning on going for some breakfast before leaving but glad we didn’t and she was sat outside the caravan until we left. I felt rushed to leave. I didn’t appreciate it at all.

Spacious, clean and comfortable.

I would not book for a week due to no balcony but great if no balcony needed

Very close to fantasy island and a very clean and lovley caravan the host is Always there to help and very quick responses will be using again, thanks🙌🏻

Location was incredibly close to Fantasy Island and only 5 mins walk to the beach. Clean caravan and easy access.

The pull out sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable but this didn’t bother us for the one night. Would have been an issue for longer stays.

Good location. Nice and spacious. Had everything we needed except bedding for the pull out bed in the lounge. Luckily it was warm so we managed without it. Lots of tea/coffee etc and toiletries provided. Really good.

Parking was difficult as couldn’t park directly outside of caravan on grass. We were told this wasn’t allowed or you get a parking ticket by another resident. Also it would have been lovely to have had some decking to sit outside as it was really hot.

Clean and there was everything you need for your comfort.

Is a mobile home, so is cold in the night and when the sun ☀️ heats the roof in the day is very hot inside. The cleaner doesn’t make a great job. 😳
