The residential complex is located quite centrally: 10-min walk from Spar and bus stops to Didveli, right near the best (to my mind) restaurant Mimino.

It is a good and comfortable apartment with all necessary things. Next to the 25-lane track, there is a skating rink. Spar store is on the left, Nikora is on the right, about 7 minutes away by walk. There are restaurants nearby where you can eat deliciously. The location is fantastic.

I wish there was a small window in the balcony door. The ventilation was not enough.

The room was exceptionally clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for a family with kids. The staff and especially the owner of the apartments was very responsive and helpful.

It would be nice to have a microwave oven and a hair dryer in the room.
