The place is very cute and has most of the amenities you need. It's in a great location.

There was more noise than I was expecting, but I wonder if I'm sensitive to it. The hot water was inconsistent. I was cold quite often so more blankets or a heater would have been useful.

The apartment is in a great location and has all the necessary amenities. It's a good base to explore Mexico City.

The water in the shower takes 5 minutes to warm up, and it's colder in the morning than in the evening. Additionally, the room was cold for the month of November.

The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the center of Coyoacán, but on a quiet private courtyard. The furnishings are charming and we had basically everything we needed for our stay. The host swiftly responded to all questions and was very helpful.

Some aspects of the listing should be fixed: there is no dishwasher or air conditioning; the "second bathroom" is a bonus toilet in the utility room. Hot water is finicky and it's sad to see so much go down the drain before any warmth arrives.
