Excelente. Funcionários atenciosos e sempre simpáticos. Pequeno almoço com qualidade e acima do que tenho encontrado noutras unidades hoteleiras. Condições do quarto/apartamento excelentes, tudo de boa qualidade. Impecável em termos de limpeza. Tudo 5 eatrelas.

Fiz a reserva para um apartamento no dia 12 por engano e pedi que alterassem para o fim de semana seguinte, até aí tudo bem. Quando cheguei foi-me dado um quarto apenas com uma cama que não correspondia ao que tinha reservado. Dado que estava a viajar com o meu pai e o meu animal de estimação, parecia-me impossível ficar ali dado que o alojamento nem propôs numa solução.

Gostei do conforto e do cuidado com os pormenores. Apreciei o pequeno-almoço, pela variedade e qualidade. A simpatia e disponibilidade de todos foi a cereja no topo do bolo.

Este alojamento excedeu em muito as nossas espectativas. Tinhamos passado a noite anterior num hotel 5 estrelas que foi para nós uma grande decepcção e este alojamento deu 10 a 0 ao Hotel supostamente de 5 estrelas
