Житло виглядало неприбраним. Витяжка у ванній забита пилом і брудом, дзеркало надщерблнне, у душі — наліт і пляма цвілі/грибка на стіні та швах між плиткою. Скляні двері душу вкриті нальотом та розводами. Морозильна камера холодильника не розморожена (товстий шар льоду), полиці брудні зі слідами старих плям. У шухлядах і шафках залишилися чужі речі та сміття. Постіль зі слідами плям. Загалом склалося враження, що перед заселенням прибирання фактично не проводилось. За такі гроші очікуєш базової чистоти — її тут немає.
