The host, the property itself, the location, cleanliness, facilities. All fantastic. I liked it so much I booked immediately for the following week.

Absolutely nothing at all.

The hosts were in touch pre visit to ensure that all my needs were met. The hosts made sure that they were contactable during my stay without imposing themselves on me. The location was perfect. The property was well equipped and very clean and tidy.

The only thing that comes to mind is maybe having a shelf in the en suite shower. Not a game changer but it is the only thing that I can think of.

Well appointed & walking distance to shopping & eateries. Very clean. Great supply of breakfast food, tea/coffee/biscuits. Fantastic hosts- Great communication 😊 Steve dropped me at the hospital to visit my Uncle which was immensely helpful 😊 Thanks so much!

Just needed a mirror where the hairdryer was as there was no power point in the bathroom. Otherwise very happy 😃

Very convenient location for Sutton Coldfield. Close to restaurants, railway and buses. Excellent kitchen facilities and good breakfast provided.

Toilet and shower facilities were a bit awkward for the couple staying in the front bedroom. Would need a mirror in the bedroom or hall for them to use. Mattresses were a little soft.
