It's specious and no hassle to Jetty Mersing.

No extra garbage plastic, the sink in the toilet is not properly clean and the water pressure in the bathroom is very poor.

Recomended Homestay for those who come to mersing Johor. Worth it with the price for 1night.

It was easy to collect the keys as they had a pin box. Bed were comfortable. Really liked how the host had a variety of board/card games available for us to play with -eg, monopoly deal, uno, playing cards, jenga, etc. Toiletries - soap and towel were available. They also had a cupboard with maggie, etc if the guests wanted to buy.

1) Was initally informed that host will reach out 1-2 days before my visit to tell me details about the check in, including key collection. This did not happen. I reached out at 12+ on the day of the visit on booking.com but there was no reply. Whatsapped them at 2pm telling them I am due to check in in an hour time, and they finally replied at 2.20pm regarding the check in details. However, they informed that they are still cleaning and check in can only happen at 3pm. But, they ended up cleaning until 3.40pm, and that's when i could check in. This did not affect me because I have yet to arrive, but what if I did? 2) Moving on to facilities, we found out on the first night that the toilets flush were not working very well, and it takes some time for the water tank to be refilled before the flush can be used again. This is not a big deal, but I would have appreciated that we are informed of this issue BEFORE finding it out ourselves. Host said that they have raised this issue up to Indah water but it is taking some time to fixed, which means they KNEW that there was this issue, so why didn't they inform us? Hoping that we won't find out? 3) Tried to play a movie on the TV using the TV box and the connection was so painfully slow, we gave up. 7kb/s is going to take all day all night for it to load. 4) Freezer is also not working well and on the 3rd day morning, we found our ice creams MELTED.. 5) Door handle is spoiled - functional, but spoiled. Furnitures are generally quite old and some are spoiled.- eg shoe cabinet door dropped when my friend gently open it. 6) Cleanliness - considering that our check in was delayed due to "cleaning process", my friend had to pay 2rm to buy the bedroom slippers from them because his feet got dirtied while walking around the house. It is quite dusty in some areas, and the floor is also sticky TLDR - service can be better improved. Be more honest.
