The house was not advertised as a shared property. It was weird showing up and seeing people using the stuff in the backyard and not knowing what/who they were.
USThe entire house was absolutely Amazing!!! Very clean, everything was neat and in order. The furniture was beautiful. My wife and kids loved it. The hot tub was very relaxing. 5 Stars about it all...

This property is a scam. The description does not tell you this is a shared property. The pictures are not what the unit looks like. There was dog waste and cigarette butts all over property. The hot tub was half full and will be shared across both units. The owner not helpful at all.. dont waste your money!
USClean, well-supplied kitchen, and good location for being close to convention center. Nice table outside and garden space. Vince responded quickly to any questions we had. The lock needed a battery replaced while we were there and Vince responded very quickly and arranged a suitable time with us to have maintenance come and replace it (in less than 1 day). Very happy with the response and care from Vince and would stay here again.
The management company sent several external links for the deposit well before it was due, but this was settled through Booking.com and we had no issues otherwise with getting the deposit returned after the stay.

USIt was cute, clean, spacious, all amenities there and a great location. Vince was very responsive and communication leading up to and after the stay was clear and concise.
The view is amazing and in walking distance of all the sports arenas.
