When we arrived the instructions were a little vague. We entered the bottom floor, rather than the middle floor. When calling the property contact it was a little shocking to find out all units share the same code to enter. That left us feeling uneasy that others could enter our rented space. She was not very friendly. The property was not clean and full of ants. It’s one thing to have the property dated but another to not be clean. I did contact owner about ants in the kitchen and they responded house keeping would be notified and they would be out , but it was the season for ants. Never saw housekeeping. The whole house was full of ants - our belongings were invaded by them. Talking to tenants upstairs and they had ants too. The microwave was rusty and dirty - bathroom floors looked like they were not cleaned in a long time. My wet towel turned dirty from stepping down onto it. The furniture was filthy - looked 20 years aged. Best part of the accommodation was the front porch and the view to the beach. For the money we spent for a four day stay, not to mention the fee charges to clean the property, we were very unsatisfied with this stay.

I did not like that I paid $2,100 and we couldn't get no more toilet paper it didn't come with comforters on the bed trash bags dish rags parking lot was so small and my room was messed up because I was told it was 7th and they gave me a code and my daughter walked into a whole new family that just got there and I was staying in the 5th in the middle floor and I couldn't smoke on the balcony sitting out front I don't understand why you can paying all that money we can't even smoke on the front porch not to stand out back we go to have fun to let loose but we couldn't
USThe property’s proximity to the beach was amazing. I really enjoyed the porch/balcony as it allowed to you people watch and enjoy the cross wind coming off the ocean.
The property is a little dated. A little rehab is what it needs to realize the full potential of the rental. Not a bad property but is one which needs to be freshened up.
