L alloggio era molto pulito, il gestore è stato davvero gentile e disponibile. Il parcheggio non è comodissimo ma a Marrakech è un lusso sapere di lasciare l auto in un posto sicuro.

Mi è spiaciuto che appena arrivati abbiamo avuto dei problemi ( non dovuti necessariamente alla gestione) che ci hanno fatto perdere del tempo.

Me and my friend travelled from the UK and were really disappointed with the condition of this apartment. As soon as we arrived, we realised it was nothing like the photos. There was visible damp, the utensils were dirty with dried food and water marks, and the laundry area was hot, damp and very dingy. The bedsheets had hair on them, and the sofa, table and dining chairs were dirty, with food stuck in the fabric of the chairs. The whole place felt unhygienic and poorly looked after, and we didn’t feel comfortable staying. We ended up leaving on the same day we checked in and booking somewhere else immediately. If we hadn’t done that, we would have been two girls stranded in an unknown country, as the host didn’t respond to us for over two days. The location was also completely different from what was advertised, it’s far from the City Centre, and the surrounding area feels like a construction site. It didn’t feel like a suitable or safe area for travellers. Overall, it was a really stressful experience and not at all what we expected from the listing.
