Regency Apartment, 2 Bedrooms Quiet & Central Seminyak

Very well located in Seminyak

Its near where the stores are but far enough that its not noisy! Great place! And it was huge! Lots of space since the whole floor is yours! Host was also very helful. And this property has a guard as well so we felt very safe. Highly recommended!

It says that the property has a parking lot, turned out its just for bikes and it didn't give any details that the property CAN NOT be accessed by a car. It was very inconvenient especially, during rainy season. They did not give any solutions and I ended up paying other properties' parking lot to park my car. All the cooking appliances were rusty and not usable. The distance between the place and the main road is not so close and the path to the property is not smooth which is bad for your luggages. The water heater did not work really well in the main bedroom and the shower water drainage was blocked in the second bedroom's bathroom. The electricity was off 3 times during night time which is very uncomfortable. The wardrobe is very dirty and dusty in the inside. The wifi DID NOT WORK WELL which caused some trouble if you need to work from your property. I was very dissapointed. However, the supervisor named Ketut was very kind. I just felt bad complaining to him because the things I complained about were not in his power to fix.
